WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A VILLA AND A CONDO?

The word villa automatically invokes visions of high-end living, and while you may hear some builders or real estate professionals draw likenesses to condo living, the two are really very different.  So, what is the difference between condo and a villa? A condo, or sometimes referred to as a townhouse, is typically a two- or three-story home that is attached to a row of the same style/structure of homes. In other words, these are not free-standing homes. The front and backyards of condos or townhouses are also very limited in most cases if they include any yard at all.
