How to Tour our Homes

Your safety and the safety of our team members is our top priority. We want to remind you of our protocols for onsite visits in light of COVID 19.

• Tours are limited to no more than 1 group per salesperson, and groups are limited to a maximum of 4 people.
• A face mask is required to tour. If you don’t have one, we will happily provide you with one.
• We have increased the frequency of the cleanings for our model and inventory homes, and our salespeople disinfect frequently between tours. However, in consideration of other visitors, please refrain from touching anything in the homes during your tour.
• If you have recently travelled to a country, or a city in the US, noted by the CDC as having a high number of COVID-19 cases, or you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please wait 14 days and schedule an appointment by calling 512.863.9999.

To take an online tour of our model homes, go to the buttons just above our listings of move-in ready homes. Next, choose either the garden home virtual tours or the villa virtual tours.

You can start with our slideshow video to see what the exterior and interior of our model homes look like. Or you might choose the 360 walk through, which is the closest thing to actually being there. Take a birds-eye view of the home or click on the rendering to “enter” the home.

Our interactive floor plan gives you an overview of the home. There are also several camera icons located throughout the floor plan. Click those icons and a photo of the specific room you want to view will pop up.  Lastly, there’s an option to view a 3-D rendering of the floor plan. You can zoom in, move things, or rotate your view.

Virtual tour options for our villa model home align with those offered for our model garden home. The slideshow video gives you a look at each each room, the floor plan, and the spacious patio. The 360 walkthrough puts you inside the villa, giving you a sense of how well the open floor plan works with today’s lifestyles. Use the interactive floor plan to get both an overview and an up-close view of the model and choose our 3-D rendering of the floor plan for more detail.
