      President and Sole Shareholder

      Randy has lived in Austin since 1967 and has been active in real estate development, management and sales since 1977. His experience includes development analysis, site selection, budgeting, permitting, and construction, property and sales management. Randy graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977 with a degree in Business Administration.

      Vice President Land Development

      Since joining SC in September 2004, Ryan has been actively involved in the development, budget analysis, financing/capitalizing, bidding, permitting, site/building construction, accounting, marketing, sales management and warranty of projects. He graduated from Auburn University in May 2004 with a degree in Business Management.

      Office Administration and Accounting

      Since joining the team in mid 2016, Tanya has taken over financial and administrative operations for Spicewood Communities. She brings two decades of experience supplying creative solutions to both customers and business partners. Tanya graduated from Truman State University with a degree in Business Administration/Finance.

    • Lora Lowe,

      Home Design Coordinator

      Lora graduated from Texas State University in 2002 with a degree in Interior Design. She joined the Spicewood team in May of 2012 and supervises all of our interior design and decorating efforts. In addition to assisting in the design development phase of our projects, Lora provides decorating assistance to our homebuyer’s and is responsible for coordinating the selection and pricing of both standard and custom options. Lora also provides in-house interior design and decorating for the Amenity/Leasing Centers and model units of our Apartment Communities
